Value: the regard that something is held to deserve; the importance, worth, or usefulness of something. A person's principles or standards of behavior; one's judgment of what is important in life. These are essential values to have and hold in high regard... If you find yourself angry around a group or person all the time or a certain issue makes you angry beyond focus, remove yourself from it or get them ot it out of your life. You have 24hrs in a day there is no time to waste on BS or time-consuming people who especially drain your energy. So today make a list of 5 things or people you need to cut off stay away for 7 days that's the challenge and at the end of each day assess how you feel.
