An apology without changing is just manipulation... its true some people say sorry hundred of times a day or to the same person but if you truly are sorry and feel bad then you have to change ... You have to be willing to make the effort and put in the work to change. If your the person taking the apology and it's half-assed don't stand for it or accept it at all. Those who care will change if it's important enough for everyone who says it can't be done change there are so many others who will attest to this and know the difference. I don't care if its family a friend Wife, husband, boss don't ever tolerate it. Keep the circle tight with the right people, not the wrong ones. Don't be manipulated that's when you find yourself in the same spot.
