Suck it up buttercup! I hear it a lot but choosing your bedtime is the smartest thing to implement if you are not feeling fulfilled in your day when it comes to achieving goals and getting tasks completed. Organization one thing I found is on Amazon type in productivity planner and there are some A-plus ones follow the system that someone has published to make them successful its sometimes all you need a thing of it as a road map when you travel do you just walk and hope and pray you to hit the destination? Nope so don't do it with your life have a clear intention to get to the destination .
